Watermelon Ice Cream - Homemade Gelato
Ingredients:
- 2 dcl of watermelon
- 2 dcl of water
- 200 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon of rum
- 1 egg white
Peel the watermelon and put it in a blender. Add powdered sugar, rum, lemon juice and water. Blend until the mixture is thickened. Make egg foam from the egg white and add it to the mixture. Stir and put it in the freezer. When the mixture is hardened you can refresh yourself or your friends with homemade watermelon ice cream.
