Vanilla Ice Cream - Homemade Gelato

Ingredients:

  • 2,7 dcl of whipped cream
  • 1 dcl powdered milk or thickened milk
  • 1 dcl of yogurt
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1,5 tablespoon of vanilla powder

Put all ingredients except for for milk, yogurt and hazelnuts in a bowl and stir until it is well thickened. Then add powdered milk and yogurt and continue to stir for a while. Pour the mixture in a bowl and put it in the freezer. Stir every 45 minutes until the mixture is frozen (about 5 hours). Before serving you can strew the vanilla ice cream with sliced hazelnuts.
