Strawberry Ice Cream - Homemade Gelato
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 2 dcl of water
Clean the strawberries and put them in a mixing bowl. Add fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar and mix. While mixing gradually pour the water. Pour the mixture in a bowl and put it in the freezer. When it is hardened the strawberry ice cream is ready to serve. If you have popsicle models and sicks you can make strawberry popsicles and surprise your children. You can also make raspberry ice cream using the same method and ingredients. Just replace strawberries with raspberries.
