Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of peaches
  • 25 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 of orange
  • 2,5 tablespoons of vanilla powder

Clean and blend the peaches and orange. Put egg yolk, powdered sugar and vanilla powder in a saucepan and stir over boiling water for a while. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir until the mixture arises. Let it cool and add whipped cream and blended peaches and orange. Stir and put the mixture in the freezer. After 15 minutes put it out from the freezer and blend. Return the mixture in the freezer and leave it until it is hardened.
