Ice Cream with Coffee
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of finely ground coffee
- 4 egg yolks
- 120 grams of powder sugar
- 4 dcl of milk
Pour the ground coffee with some water and let it stand for few minutes then strain the mixture so that you remove the coffee grounds. Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar in a separate bowl. Pour the coffee with milk and add the egg yolks mixture. Heat over the boiling water and stir until the mixture is well thickened. Then put it in a bowl and in the freezer for at least two hours.
