Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 10 grams of vanilla powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3,5 dcl of milk
  • 1,25 dcl of whipped cream
  • 100 grams of chocolate

Put powdered sugar, vanilla powder and eggs in a bowl and beat until the mixture becomes foamy. Then rinse a saucepan with cold water and pour the milk in it. Heat the milk but remove it before boiling. Add the foamy mixture to heated milk and stir over medium heat until the mixture is thickened (be careful that it does not boil). Remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. When the mixture is cooled add the whipped cream and stir. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over the boiling water and add it to prior mixture. Stir and put the mixture in the freezer for about two hours.
