Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla powder
  • fresh lemon juice
  • 2,5 dcl cups of whipped cream

Peel the bananas and put them in the blender. Add powdered sugar and some fresh lemon juice (one lemon is enough) and blend. Beat whipped cream and vanilla powder in a separate bowl and add it to the blended banana mixture. Stir carefully and put the mixture in the freezer to harden.
